We are available for all your parties and special events

All menus are custom developed.  After our initial meeting to work out the details of your event, I will submit a selection of food items that suit your taste, budget and theme of the event.

You then can select from my suggestions or offer your own until we arrive at your perfect menu.

Complete Catering

• Dining Service - white tablecloths/napkins, silverware, glassware, plateware, buffet set-up and carving station
• Cold Beverage Service - chilled water, punch, lemonade or iced tea
• Hot Beverage Service - freshly brewed coffee served in airpots with "Irish Coffee" mugs, creamer and sweetners
• Cake cutting and table service
